Orders

Every kit is made to order. Your order is confirmed when payment is captured by Stripe and you receive a confirmation email. Prices are in CAD and include the discounts shown at checkout; applicable taxes and shipping are added at checkout.

Changes and cancellations

You can cancel or change an order until production starts (status “In production”). After that, custom items cannot be cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best.

Delivery

Lead times and delivery estimates are shown on the shipping page and at checkout; they are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery or pickup.

Returns

Because kits are personalised, we don't accept returns for change of mind. If a kit arrives damaged or with a defect, email us within 14 days with photos and we will replace it or refund you.

Safety

Products contain small parts and are not for children under 3. You are responsible for supervising use as described on our safety page.

Intellectual property

All designs are original TwoLittlePrints artwork. Reference images you upload must be yours to use; we may decline images that infringe third-party rights.
