How we handle your personal information, in line with Canada's PIPEDA. Draft — to be reviewed before launch.
What we collect
Your name, email, shipping address and phone (to fulfil orders), the kits you build, optional reference images you upload, and basic usage analytics (pages visited, builder steps completed). Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
Why
To make and deliver your order, send order updates, answer support requests, and understand which parts of the builder people struggle with. We only send marketing email if you opt in.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments and tax), Resend (transactional email), Supabase and Vercel (hosting and storage), and our analytics/error-monitoring providers. Each processes data only on our instructions.
Retention
Order records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes. Draft kits from guests are deleted after 60 days. Reference images are deleted after the order is completed unless you ask us to keep them.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your account data at any time from your profile page or by emailing hello@twolittleprints.com.
